Wheat State Retreat Center, the Wichita area retreat center in the Christian Retreats Network, is a trusted name in Christian hospitality. Our Christian conference center features year-round recreation and accommodations for up to 400 overnight guests.
Retreat packages include everything your group needs for a successful ministry event: lodging, dining, meeting, and recreation.

Meeting & Event Spaces
Tabernacle
The Tabernacle is our largest meeting space. It features a stage, sound booth, lighting, and sound equipment. Divider walls let us separate the area into six break-out rooms, three on each side. Each room has a maximum capacity of 40 guests.
Musgrove Room
The Musgrove Room is the northside area of the Dining Room. Wall dividers allow us to partition the large room into two private spaces. The Musgrove Room features a classic stone fireplace and large windows overlooking the property. This meeting space has sound equipment, a projector, and a screen. Restrooms are located nearby.
Dining Room Meeting Space (Upper Level)
The Dining Room Meeting Space is on the second floor and overlooks the main dining room area. The room is rectangular, making it versatile. Many table and chair configurations fit in this space. Portable A/V equipment is available upon request. The restrooms are located downstairs.

Dining Room
Buffet dining is a standard feature included in all of our retreat packages. We offer self-service buffet lines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner allowing you enjoy and all-you-can-eat experience.

Overnight Room Attributes
Motel
We have three motel rooms available each with one queen bed. One motel room also includes a full size pull-out bed and a single pull out. Additional amenities include a microwave, mini fridge, TV, and coffee maker. Each room has its own private restroom and shower.

Dorm
Each of our dorm rooms provides direct outdoor access. While half of the rooms feature private attached bathrooms, the remaining half offers convenient access to a shared bathroom off the hallway.

RV Park
For those who wish to be more in tune with nature, we offer thirteen full hook-up RV sites and electrical sites for tent camping.
