Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre is located right in the heart of UBC Vancouver campus and is available year-round. The venue contains the Jack Poole Hall, a 4,700 square foot event space that can hold 400 people in reception style seating. The space contains 14-foot glass walls that provide the room with unforgettable lighting and ambiance and is ideal for presentations, weddings, and other social events. Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre can flexibly accommodate other events as well, as it is equipped with a welcome centre, meeting rooms, lounge spaces, and classrooms.
University of British Columbia’s campus is also home to distinct venues that have different charms. First Nations Longhouse is a beautiful, cedar log building that functions as an event and conference venue on campus. The 3,000 square foot Great Hall is perfect for meetings and social events and holds up to 400 guests. The Museum of Anthropology is filled with gorgeous artwork and cultural exhibitions and can host both indoor and outdoor events for up to 400 guests as well, providing a stunning event venue for anything ranging from weddings to workshops and outdoor barbeques. Meanwhile, Chan Centre for the Performing Arts is perfect for large concerts and theatre events, as it holds up to 1,200 guests, contains state-of-the-art multimedia capabilities, and even has smaller spaces onsite to function as breakout rooms.
Planners that require classrooms and other meeting spaces for their corporate or social events will find that University of British Columbia boasts some of the finest spaces in the area including Woodward, which contains six large lecture theaters than can comfortably accommodate anywhere from 108 to 503. Groups can similarly find smaller classroom setups at the Earth Sciences Building (ESB), Ponderosa Commons, Allard Hall, Irving K. Barber Learning Centre, or Residence Meeting Rooms.

Teleconferencing is an audio only solution to the rising costs of multipoint conferencing around the world. We supply your guests with a toll free dial-in number and a conference code. Guests are routed to a "Waiting Room" until you activate your conference with a Moderator code. Telestudios offers superior meeting facilities for multimedia presentations, seminars, product demos and employee training. The rooms come fully equipped with projector and large screens, DVD, CD, VHS players and PowerPoint.
Use a Webconference to share Powerpoint. This can be used in conjuncture with a videoconference or a Teleconference.
