I’d like to introduce you to our Toronto meeting venue services at Training Centres of Canada.

Since 2008 we have been providing comfortable meeting spaces, and instructor-led courses in software and professional development skills. Our training campus is conveniently located at Bay and Adelaide in the heart of downtown Toronto’s Financial District. We are conveniently located 2 blocks from our main transportation hub - Union Station, there is a bus stop out front of our building entrance, and taxis are as easy to flag down as raising your hand. Hotels are all within walking distance - the St. Regis Hotel is across the street, the Sheraton City Centre Hotel is a five minute walk - 2 blocks North. The Hilton and Marriott hotels are within a 1-mile radius and many resturants and bars are located around the corner.

Our rooms will seat anywhere from a cozy 6 to maximum of 40 attendees and each space can be configured with our modular seating setup into a classroom style with rows, or into a u-shaped boardroom, and into group pods for interactive meetings.

All Toronto event spaces are individually climate controlled, and have built-in ceiling mount projectors and screens, whiteboards, flipcharts, with Wi-Fi and wired internet. We have downtown Toronto's fastest fiberoptic internet at 1 GIG servicing our rooms.
We DO NOT charge extra for AV services!


There are friendly onsite administration and technical support staff should any unforeseen issue arise.

Upon your arrival, there will be fresh muffins and a selection of bagels with cream cheese, strawberry jam and butter. In the afternoon to keep you focused and energized, we provide afternoon snacks of chocolates, sweets or fresh-baked cookies. In addition, fresh pots of coffee and a variety of teas, pop, and filtered water are available throughout the day. On-Site Lunch catering is available for an additional cost.
- Conference telephones and laptops are available in our rooms.
- Our Toronto event space can be rented by the hour, by the day, weekly or for long-term periods.
- Our office hours are from 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday [however, weekends and evenings can be arranged].
