About
Faholo Conference Center is the Detroit region conference center in the Christian Retreats Network. We exist to serve guests with a cheerful heart in a manner that exceeds expectations and exemplifies Christ’s love in the spirit of 1 Corinthians 13:13: “And now these three remain: Faith, Hope, and Love.”
Our all-inclusive packages offer per-person rates to make planning easy and affordable. Faholo has the facilities to accommodate 500 overnight guests. Our retreat packages include everything your group needs for a successful ministry event: lodging, dining, meeting, and recreation.
Meeting & Event Spaces
Tabernacle
The Tabernacle, affectionately known as the Tab, accommodates up to 600 individuals. With flexibility in mind, our stage platforms are customizable. We can arrange tables and chairs to meet your event's specific needs. The Tabernacle is a haven for impactful presentations and gatherings equipped with a robust sound system, vibrant stage lights, and a large video screen.
At the entrance of the building is a small meeting that is often utilized for registration or vendor tables. A second small space is located off the main room. It has its own private bathroom and can comfortably host up to 30 people.
Chalet
The Chalet is an endearing space with 20-foot ceilings and a warm fireplace. Additional features include a stage and private restrooms. The main room accommodates up to 200 guests, but we can increase the capacity to 250 by opening up the wings.
Conference Room
The Conference Center meeting rooms feature two spacious classrooms and a mezzanine overlooking the indoor pool. All rooms offer padded chairs, a countertop with a sink, and a mini-fridge.

The Antioch
The Antioch is a classroom-style meeting space for up to 45 guests. Portable A/V equipment is available upon request.
Island
The Island is a classroom-style meeting space complete with a large whiteboard. This room accommodates up to 80 guests and has an attached kitchenette and restrooms. Portable A/V equipment is available upon request.
Conference Cottage
The Conference Cottage is a private meeting space for up to 25 individuals. It is often used for leadership meetings and staff planning sessions. Portable A/V equipment is available upon request. The Conference Cottage has a kitchenette and restrooms.
Food & Beverage Options
Dining Room
Buffet dining is a standard feature included in all our retreat packages. We offer self-service buffet lines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our Lakeside Dining Room, allowing you to enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience.

Overnight Room Attributes
Faholo Conference Center
The Conference Center offers motel-style accommodations. Rooms feature air-conditioning, phones, and linens. Most rooms are furnished with either two twin-size beds or one queen bed and two bunk beds. There are also five Jacuzzi suites with two twin beds or a queen bed with one bunk bed. Four more suites offer increased privacy and seclusion. These master suites have a single queen bed and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The Conference Center is conveniently located on campus and only a short walk to the Tab and Dining Hall.

Dorson Lodge
Dorson Lodge features four cozy rooms for up to 64 guests. Rooms #1 and #4 share a communal bathroom and shower facilities accessible from the hallway. Rooms #2 and #3 have bathrooms accessible from the rooms. Each bathroom has multiple stalls, showers, and sinks. Linens and towels are not included, but we can provide them upon request!

Berean Lodge
Berean Lodge offers eight rooms with various layouts. Restrooms and showers are accessible from the hallway. The lodge stays comfortable all year long thanks to heating and cooling. Linens are not included with dorm-style lodging but can be added upon request and an upcharge.

Clay Dorms
Clay Center Dorms are a mix of twin and double beds with communal bathroom and shower facilities on every floor. These rooms are on the upper level of the Clay Center, while the lower level houses locker rooms, a gymnasium, a rock wall, a fitness center, and a game room. This layout makes it an ideal hub for youth groups as they can rest and engage in activities within the same building.

North Grove Area
The North Grove Area offers four dorm rooms and four bunkhouses. The four dorms have five bunk beds each and sleep 40 in total. The four bunkhouses have eight bunk beds each and sleep 64 in total.
The dorms and bunkhouses are close together and share communal restrooms and shower facilities. Linens are not included but can be added upon request. The North Grove Area is available seasonally from April through mid-October.
RV Park
For those groups who wish to be more in tune with nature, Faholo features 50 full hook-up RV sites and electrical sites for tent camping. Communal restrooms and shower facilities are available for use. Campsites can only be reserved by retreat and conference groups.
