| Media Technology | Media Services provides audio-video and presentation technology equipment rental to all groups using Ryerson facilities. As part of the "One Stop Service", equipment is ordered with the conference service team and will be included in your conference invoice. Advanced booking is recommended with a minimum of one month's notice to ensure availability of equipment. The conference convener is responsible for all Media Services equipment and will be held accountable for loss or damage to equipment rented to them by Media Services. |
